TOYOPEARL Butyl-600M, 65 µm, 750 Å, 25mL

TOYOPEARL Butyl-600M is based on a 75 nm (750 Å) pore size polymethacrylate base material bonded with C4 groups. It has the second highest hydrophobicity of the TOYOPEARL HIC resins. Its pore size has been optimized for the purification of monoclonal antibodies and is between that of TOYOPEARLl Butyl-650 and TOYOPEARL SuperButyl-550 media.

TOYOPEARL Butyl-600M is typically used for intermediate purification or polishing steps.
