TSKgel GMHXL, 9 µm, 75-650 Å, 7.8x300mm

The TSKgel GMHXL GPC column is packed with a mixture of rigid, polymer beads, varying in average pore size, for the analysis of organic-soluble industrial polymers. Mixed bed, or linear columns are used when a broad range of polymer molecular weights is expected in the sample. This column provides high resolution of polymers with molar masses of less than 4 x 10^6. The main characteristics of TSKgel GMHXL are: ultra-low sample adsorption, i.e., the column shows true size exclusion behavior for most polymers, limited solvent range, and a maximum operating temperature of 80°C.

As the number of solvents that can be exchanged directly with the shipping solvent (THF) of the TSKgel GMHXL column is limited, use TSKgel HHR columns when a broader range of solvents is needed.
