TOYOPEARL SP-550C, 100 µm, 500 Å, 250mL

TOYOPEARL SP-550 is a strong cation exchange resin for biomolecule purification. It is composed of polymethacrylate beads that have been functionalized with Sulfopropyl (SP) strong cation exchange groups. TOYOPEARL SP-550 has high chemical and mechanical stability, allowing cleaning-in-place (CIP) and very high flow rates.

TOYOPEARL SP-550 is available 100 µm particle size (C-grade), designed to be used for high throughput capture of product from biological feedstock. It exhibits typical dynamic binding capacities for lysozyme of 100 g/L.
