TOYOPEARL GigaCap DEAE-650M, 75 µm, 1L

TOYOPEARL GigaCap DEAE-650M is a high capacity anion exchange resin composed of polymethacrylate beads that have been chemically modified to provide a higher number of anionic binding sites and functionalized with diethyl amino ethyl (DEAE) weak anion exchange groups.

TOYOPEARL GigaCap DEAE-650 can be used for high throughput capture and intermediate purification of blood products and other proteins. It is available in 75 µm particle size (M-grade). It exhibits typical dynamic binding capacities of 165 g/L for BSA and maintains the high capacity even at increased linear velocities. It also has excellent binding and elution kinetics, which results in a more concentrated protein fraction collected during the elution step.
